1. Within Aotearoa, NZ Shipping Policy
We always aim to process your order within 24 hours. If we are processing a large number of orders, shipping may be delayed by a few days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please make sure you have selected Rural delivery if you have a RD address.
2. International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside New Zealand. If you would like to enquire about international shipping for your order, please reach out with the details at beantoinfinity@outlook.com
3. Shipping confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
4. Damages
Bean To Infinity is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please take photos and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
5. Returns Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our product we do not offer returns. All sales are final.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. In addition, we are not responsible for our products melting during the shipping process. Bean To Infinity is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier miss-scans or inaccurate shipping information. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control. Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information is correct before submitting an order as well as in their order confirmation email. Bean To Infinity is not responsible for any damages once the package leaves our facility. Our products are best kept at 12 to 18 degrees Celsius, away from sunlight and high humidity.
